The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has awarded the PBGC Document and Records Management Services (DRMS) contract to Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI).
The DRMS contract is a follow-on to the successful Document Management Center support ZAI has provided for the past 10 years. Under this contract, ZAI supports the Benefit Administration and Payment Department (BAPD) by operating the Document and Records Management Center (DRMC) with document and records management support. The DRMC supports all of BAPD’s participant services, including the administration of participant and plan documents.
“We are pleased and excited to continue our role in managing BAPD’s Document and Records Management Center,” said Troy Taylor, ZAI’s Vice President of Operations. “This win allows us to continue with the specialized support we have been providing to PBGC since 2005.”
