PBGC Awards Contract Center Contract to ZAI

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has awarded the Customer Contact Center (CCC) Support Services contract to Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI).
The PBGC CCC is located in Alexandria, VA (just outside of Washington, DC). It is a multi-channel contact center that services its customers by providing participants in PBGC-trusteed plans with consistent, accurate, and understandable information related to their PBGC guaranteed retirement benefits.
“We are pleased to expand our support of PBGC and provide professional contact center support services,” said ZAI CEO Mary Blevins. “ZAI has long supported PBGC on various contracts over the past decade. We look forward to a continued partnership with PBGC through ZAI’s work at the Customer Contact Center.”
The CCC is a five-year contract.
