Mr. Blumstein joined ZAI in 2006 and leads ZAI’s Information and Records Management Practice, which provides our clients with a range of professional and clerical services. These services are performed in a dynamic, yet highly regulated, environment with a focus on productivity and exceptional quality.
With more than 25 years of expertise in information and records management, quality methodologies and technology, and a strong science and medical background, Mr. Blumstein has implemented innovative approaches, advanced IT systems, continuous improvement strategies, and cost-saving measures across many projects, contracts, and operations.
Prior to his work at ZAI, Mr. Blumstein served as a Director /PM on large contracts. He also served as a Project Manager and a Systems Analyst for an international research corporation, where he conducted statistical design, data collection and management, and research analysis work in support of several national and international projects. He co-authored the 1998 High School Transcript Study, a longitudinal study to examine course-taking patterns of students and to predict future education outcomes for the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).
Mr. Blumstein holds a B.Sc. In Business and Information Management, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) and holds several records management and IT-related certifications. He is also an active member of various U.S. and international professional organizations.
