Ms. Haskins has been with ZAI since 2014, beginning as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst and working her way through supervisory and Project Manager positions to her current role as a Division Manager. She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and customer support roles, where she has developed work streams, streamlined processes, ensured regulatory compliance, and implemented corrective measures when necessary.
Her core competencies include implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; communicating clearly and effectively with customers, staff, management, and other stakeholders; identifying risks and resolving issues; and conducting audits. As a Division Manager, she provides project management and corporate-level oversight for our work on several task orders with the Food and Drug Administration. Previously, Ms. Haskins worked for the Art Institute of Washington-Dulles where she created and implemented multiple procedures and processes in the Academic department during its start up.
Ms. Haskins holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Forensics from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed graduate-level courses in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
In her free time, she enjoys shopping, watching football, and spending time with her family and friends.
