As a partner in an SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture Agreement (MPF-ZAI Solutions, LLC), ZAI provides a full complement of library services, including cataloging and metadata services, library systems, technical services, collection services, public services and management, to effectively operate the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Central Library (NCL) in Silver Spring, MD, manage the NOAA libraries in College Park, MD and Asheville, NC, and provide archival support to the National Centers for Environment Information (NCEI) archives.
