HRSA – Records Management

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is the primary Federal agency for improving healthcare to people who are geographically isolated, or economically or medically vulnerable. When HRSA needed support establishing a program to ensure information with a legal retention obligation was not at risk of being destroyed prematurely, ZAI answered the call to implement a comprehensive records management program. We provided requirements definition, audited existing systems to identify repositories, inventoried records, developed records control schedules and a file plan, and implemented an auditing and maintenance support program to be followed by the agency at the conclusion of the contract.
