As a subcontractor to Ivyhill Technologies on the DOW Consult and Appointment Management Services (CAMO) contract, ZAI provided call center management staff and telephone appointment clerks to schedule appointments, consultations, and referrals, and process Clear and Legible Reports for all San Antonio Military Health System treatment facilities, which service more than 240,000 beneficiaries in the San Antonio, TX area.
