BA-ZAI, LLC Awarded National Tracing Center Contract

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has awarded the National Tracing Center (NTC) contract (#DJA-16-AHDQ-V-0129) to BA-ZAI, LLC, a Small Business Administration-approved Mentor-Protégé joint venture between BarnAllen Technologies, Inc. and Zimmerman Associates, Inc.
The National Tracing Center is located in Martinsburg, WV and performs firearms tracing for International, Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies to provide investigative leads when a firearm is used in a crime. The NTC also receives records of firearms transactions when Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) go out of business. BA-ZAI will be supporting both of these activities, as well as providing general administrative support for various ATF Divisions.
“We are pleased to expand our presence into West Virginia while supporting ATF and the National Tracing Center and its mission to conduct firearms tracing to provide investigative leads for federal, state, local and foreign law enforcement agencies,” said Gordon Barnaby, BA-ZAI President and BarnAllen CEO.
