New ISO Certifications

Friday, May 28, 2021

ZAI now has three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications. After several months of hard work by many ZAI employees, we have earned an important reassessment and two new certifications.
Our overall plan to make sure ZAI is a secure, quality-driven organization that strives for continuous improvement includes making ourselves an internally sharper company and an externally stronger competitor. To do this, ZAI attained ISO 9001 certification several years ago, and we have used its processes to make ZAI a stronger organization by following the principles Plan, Do, Check, Act, and
Improve. We have recently been successfully reassessed for ISO 9001:2015.
We worked to earn ISO/IEC 20001:2018 (Service Management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management) certifications—combining these valuable standards into our ZAI Integrated Management System (IMS).
ZAI’s Integrated Management System Policy:
ZAI is committed to protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information, meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations by providing professional consulting services delivered by qualified staff, meeting all customer requirements, and meeting legal and regulatory security requirements while delivering effective and reliable customer services. We do this by managing a strong Quality, Service, and Information Security Management System to continually improve our service performance and customer satisfaction.
Our IMS Objectives measure and monitor key components to ensure business is functioning up to standards. The ZAI ISO team has monthly meetings to initiate conversations surrounding any values outside of established acceptable limits. We observe measures over time to spot trends or make adjustments and provide documented evidence of quality management oversight. We also raise discussions to prompt improvements in our IMS that will benefit ZAI and our employees.
