ZAI staff maintains the file repository for the more than 7 million active patent and trademark files managed by the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO). We barcode every file down to the shelf level in this 350,000 square foot warehouse. We provide a 4-8 hour turnaround time for file requests and operate a fleet of vehicles that operate between the warehouse site and the PTO campus.
