Our call center specialists provide information about grant programs for the Department of Justice (DOJ) Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) program. They provide specialized information to law enforcement callers and take orders for program grant packages, including bulk orders in support of conferences and outreach. The orders are fulfilled by the warehouse, which ZAI operates. We ship the materials, update inventory, and order new materials.
