8/11 /2006 - NASA’S GSFC Library released new Website

ZAI team redesigned the Goddard Library web site using an innovative and interactive usability testing solution to achieve the streamlined, comprehensive and easy to use site.

NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center’s (GSFC) Web Team, lead by ZAI Webmaster, Kathleen McGlaughlin with contributions from Andrea Japzon, Jill Lagerstrom, and Sarah Endres; redesigned the Library’s website which implemented several design enhancements optimizing the library users’ experience. The Team developed an innovative and interactive in-house usability testing solution as part of the redesign process. All of the Library’s resources were restructured for a streamlined, comprehensive and easy to use site.

THE new state-of-the-art website contains information resources and services for Goddard employees with a limited subset of information available to the public. The website provides pathways directing the user to the IMAGES database; Cool Sites; Library Catalog; NASA, Government, Non-Profit and commercial databases; technical reports and an Ask a Librarian feature if the user needs more information.
