4/25/2006 - ARMA Certified Records Management (CRM) workshop hosted by ZAI

ON March 23rd, 2006, ARMA's Mid-Atlantic Region held a CRM Workshop for both candidates and potential candidates interested in sitting for the examinations.

THE forty-five attendees received a tutorial on the application and examination processes as well as hearing testimonials from the speakers and other team members. The CRM exams are held in May and November each year and consist of 6 parts; the first five are each 100 multiple choice questions and part 6 is a four hour essay examination. ZAI is very much aware that the need for CRM certification has never been higher or the opportunities greater. The benefits of the CRM designation include establishing professional commitment and credentials, improving skills, knowledge and building self-esteem, and increasing professional recognition for both the employee and the company. In addition to hosting the Mid-Atlantic Region CRM Workshop, ZAI will proctor candidates taking the exams at its Fairfax location on May 4th and 5th.
