MS. Andrea Japzon and Ms. Kathleen McGlaughlin co-authored a case study that will be included in a new LITA Guide. The guide is tentatively titled, 'Making Library Websites Usable." The case study describes the Goddard Library’s recent website usability study and subsequent redesign process. October 2006
