2/9/2007 - Andrea Japzon addresses National Information Standards Organization (NISO) Conference

THE presentation entitled, “Usability Testing: A Tutorial and Case Study” reported on the successes of the Goddard Library website redesign effort which was influenced by library user feedback obtained through usability testing. The Conference focused on Managing Electronic Collections: Strategies from Content to User. NISO wanted to include Ms. Japzon’s work as it exemplified the importance of usability testing in making electronic collections accessible to the users.
