ZAI Participates in Potomac Watershed Cleanup
On Saturday, April 9, Team ZAI participated in the 23rd Annual Potomac Watershed Cleanup. ZAI’s team, consisting of employees and some of their children, cleaned up trash and debris along the stream in Northside Park, adjacent to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail. Our employees were just some of the 4,000+ volunteers who helped in the clean-up efforts that day. According to the Potomac River Watershed Cleanup website, more than 82 tons of trash were picked up, including 600+ tires, nearly 24,000 cigarette butts, and more than 91,000 recyclable beverage containers.
