Stephen Deitz Joins ZAI as COO
ZAI is pleased to announce that Stephen Deitz recently joined ZAI as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Deitz has more than 17 years of IT and business management experience. As ZAI's COO, he manages the day-to-day operations of ZAI's contract portfolio and is responsible for all ZAI business and project success. Prior to joining ZAI, Mr. Deitz served as the Senior Executive Director of the Civilian Solutions Division at ManTech International Corporation, overseeing projects across the IT field, including software/system development, system integration, infrastructure support, help desk operations, information assurance, personal security, and enterprise architecture/service oriented architecture.
Prior to his position at ManTech, Mr. Deitz was Director of the very successful Contact Center Solutions, Contact Center of Excellence at CSC (formerly Datatrac Information Services, Inc.). In this role, he oversaw four locations and 1,000 employees. In addition, he provided direction and leadership in all aspects of the business, including IT, operations, training, quality, business development, and contract management.
Mr. Deitz holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from The University of Maryland University College, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University. He also holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
