ZAI is pleased to announce that Robert Lehman recently joined ZAI as Director of Business Development. Mr. Lehman has extensive business development and program management experience in both the Defense and Civilian sectors. As ZAI's Director of Business Development, he will lead the company’s efforts to secure new business, penetrate and expand existing markets, and provide strategic analysis of ZAI’s clients and competitors.

Prior to joining ZAI, Mr. Lehman served as an Executive Director in the Technical Services Group at ManTech International Corporation, with responsibility for identifying and capturing strategic opportunities in the DoD, DHS, and DoS markets. He also served on the ManTech Corporate Leadership Council. Prior to his position at ManTech, Mr. Lehman was a Business Developer and Project Manager at Northrup Grumman Corporation.

Mr. Lehman is a Captain in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and is currently supporting the Marine Corps Network Operations and Security Center in Quantico, VA. In addition to his business development expertise, he brings a wealth of experience with military communications technologies, information technology and network security to the company. ZAI’s management team looks forward to leveraging Mr. Lehman’s strong background in market shaping, program execution and business development to help shape ZAI’s future.
