Many of our customers have relied on ZAI for years—even decades. Our People and Culture
Investing in and rewarding effort is a trademark of ZAI’s culture. This is reflected in our more-than 92% employee retention rate. Because our team members consistently serve on projects, we avoid the disruptions and inefficiencies that accompany turnover.
ZAI actively gives back to the community. We support the American Cancer Society’s Vienna Relay for Life. This is a cause close to us, because many of our employees have been affected by cancer, and we’ve lost valued team members to this disease. We matched employee funds for relief efforts for Hurricane Katrina, the earthquake in Haiti, and the tsunami in Japan. We also support College Summit, a college preparation program for inner city youth. We’re particularly proud to bestow ZAI Scholarship Awards on qualified employees, as well as their spouses and children.
